Food Waste Disposal System

The system is used to process food waste, and is mainly composed of a mincing pump, a digester, and the biogas utilization system. 

The digester is 2m3 in volume and is made with fiber glass reinforced plastic. The digester is composed of an upper part and a under part that are connected by screw bolts. The upper parts and under parts can be stacked up for shipment.   

The biogas utilization system is composed of a desulfurizer, a gas storage bag, a gas pump, a solar charger, a pressure gauge, gas pipeline and biogas appliances (stove, rice cooker, lamp and generator etc) .

The system has the following advantages:

No greenhouse gas escape and no smell (all the gases produced are collected and burned)  

Can get fertilizer that can be used for gardening.

Portable Solar Waste Food Digester and Bio Fuel Generator 

The product is composed of an anaerobic fermentation tank, a gas storage bag, a gas pump, a solar charger, as well as gas pipeline and appliances. The anaerobic fermentation tank consists of mainly an upper tank and a lower tank. The product has the following advantages:
1.      Easy and quick to install. It can be installed by the Users themselves within two hours;
2.      Convenient to transport, because its total weight is only 80 kg;

Household UASB

A product for sewage water and food waste treatment 
The system is mainly composed of a sewage pool, a household UASB(Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed, a sludge pool, a reclaimed water pool and a biogas utilization system.
The UASB is 1m3 in volume,
In the sewage pool there is a pump and a liquid level control switch installed that can pump the sewage into the UASB automatically. The sewage is pumped into the UASB through the bottom inlet, and pass through the sludge bed, the filter layers and flows out from the outlet on the upper part of the UASB. After the processing by UASB the sewage will be separated into reclaimed water and sludge. The reclaimed water can replace running water for gardening, and the sludge can be used as organic fertilizer for gardening also.  
The biogas utilization system is composed of a desulferizer, a gas storage bag, a gas pump, a solar charger, a pressure gauge, gas pipeline and biogas appliances (stove, rice cooker, lamp and generator etc) .

The system is used to process sewage water and food waste and is mainly composed of one or two biogas septic tanks, a sewage pool, a liquid fertilizer storage pool, and the biogas utilization system.
 In the sewage pool there is a pump and a liquid level control switch installed that can pump the sewage into the biogas septic tank automatically. The sewage is pumped into the biogas septic tank through the bottom inlet, and flows out from the outlet on the top of the septic tank. After the processing by the system the sewage will be digested into biogas and liquid fertilizer. Liquid fertilizer can be used for gardening, biogas can be used for cooking or electricity generating.

Household Biogas Septic Tank System III 

The system is composed of two 10 m3 PUXIN biogas plants, pipe routes, gas purify devices and gas appliances or small power biogas generator.
The system is mainly applied to domestic house to treat sewage and food waste.
Comparing to normal septic tank PUXIN domestic septic tank biogas system has the flowing advantages:

The PUXIN Biogas Plant is composed of a concrete digester that is built with a steel mould, a glass fibre reinforced plastic gas-holder and a concrete or glass fibre reinforced plastic cover. The digester is 10 m3 of capacity. The gasholder is 1.6 m of diameter, 0.6 m of height and 1 m3 of capacity.

Biogas Storage System 

BIOGAS STORAGE SYSTEM is composed of soft gas storage bags, hydraulic pressure gasholders, a gas pump and a pressure regulator. in this system the dehydrator and desulferizer are needed that can be provided by us also.

By adjusting the pressure of the pressure regulator, we can get the pressure needed for the generator.

When the system is in operation, the gas pump pumps biogas from the gas bag to the hydraulic pressure gasholders and keep a constant pressure in the hydraulic pressure gasholders
